Just look around and you will see there is so much more left to me
So now here we stand, looking back on all we said,
Words are like the needles- stabbed by the volumes I’ve read
So now look at my heart, bruised and battered, twisted and lame,
But you would say that I had it all my way

mistaken forever, memories left for dead
Bleed me now and praise me later
positioned in a hierarchy through someone else’s labour
psychopathic dreams of truths and lies
permeate my soul and sting my eyes
All we need is somebody
to remove these shackles and set us free

Do I wear a face that smiles too much?
Is my voice just an empty call?
Do I seem like I’m to cold to touch-
Do you think that if I held you I’d let you fall?!
Is my tone of question way to harsh-
Is my fist all that stands out-
In a dreary face I stand up straight,
and I wonder what I’ve found!
All I see is tomorrow,
Before I can say goodbye.
All the pleasure in the world deny me,
Like I’m denied to be.
I sent a heart with strawberry kisses,
to my luscious valentine.
A fiery shade becomes her shadow,
and I spit on her remains!
I taste the bitter flavor of roses,
despite their color so sweet,
thorned stems impale the wonderer,
and blood gushes all over me.

I step from off my cloud, and take my tophat off
I wonder where you are, as I wish upon a star
and as I gaze into your eyes,
can you see that I’m surprised?
I grab my mask as we leave the door
with haste, we depart
your attention I need to hold, as the calendar grows old
and as we enter the doors open wide,
and your eyes they come alive
if you keep doing what you do….
I could fall for you
The heat, it holds us down as we dance upon the floor
as we leave the night is still young, because neither one of
us is
done
and as I take off my mask,
on my knees I’m down to ask:
could you keep doing what you do?

Her innoncence she wears
like a scarlet letter around her neck.
So heavy is the burden
of saving her soul from their mistakes.
Her eyes see only goodness
in a world corrupt with filth.
Why must I be the one to bear
the grief that so many other relieve.
If only it was so simple,
If only no one ever got hurt,
If the actions lacked the consequence,
I would’ve done it all before.
She taunts me to corrupt her soul
and everyday I refuse.
But the weight she bears is growing strong
and I fear that I will lose.
But Its not I who loses,
for I have seen and done much more.
If only she would realize,
its her innocence I adore
